We will still be operating/raiding in WoW for the foreseeable future, so don't worry that if you don't play Tera, we'll leave you! We just wanted a guild so that we could have a chat channel, do guild quests, and receive guild rewards.

Our guildies and friends from WoW and elsewhere are welcome to come hang out with us, but for the moment we're not recruiting people we don't already know. If we did we'd have to deal with strangers and manage people and that would be too much like work.

MY HAIR HAS TODAY'S DUEL TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE!

While I was originally going to use a March Madness-style bracket system, I decided that given the small number of signups, we'd be better off going round-robin. Each victory is one point; sorry, just how badly you creamed someone doesn't affect your score.

As a reminder, the tournament is being held at 9 PM server outside the gates of Orgrimmar.

I'm including the schedule here for the reference of the duelists. We'll be having up to 4 duels at once, so it may be hectic and it will all run a lot more smoothly if we don't have to keep asking each other who has fought whom.

Been a while, hasn't it?

Normal mode Madness down!

H Morchok also down, though we didn't screenshot it because it wasn't an end boss.

Also, we are fiiinally drawing near to getting Mis's Firelands staff, after many weeks of letting the Firelands lie fallow. Go Mis go Mis go!

After losing Dusk a couple months ago, we finally bit the recruiting bullet and picked up a main spec tank this past Thursday.

And so on Friday...

And to our USian raid members, have a happy Thanksgiving! (to everyone else... a happy Thursday?)

Since the Firelands nerfs went into place yesterday as promised, I figured I should record for posterity what our progress was before they took effect:

• We had Shannox and Beth'tilac on farm;
• We downed Baleroc and Rhyolith regularly, but usually after a couple wipes;
• We achieved our first Alysrazor kill last Thursday!

Personally I'm sad about the nerfs: with the exception of at-release Rhyolith, I've felt like normal modes were well-tuned to our raid's skill, gear, and schedule: we never went 3 weeks without a new kill, and the bosses we defeated were never farm content right off the bat.

Still, the nerf does mean we can spend more time per week on the later bosses, which in turn will make for faster gear acquisition and faster progress on the legendary staff. And it's possible that after we've beat Ragnaros, we'll be geared enough to move on to tier 11 - or dare I even dream, tier 12 - heroics, to start working on meta achievements and mounts!
